About the Role

We provide active support, health support, and positive behaviour support to help our clients live fulfilling lives.

  • Active Support: Assist with daily living tasks, transportation, and skill development to promote independence.
  • Health Support: Administer medication, document health plans, and follow safe practices.
  • Positive Behaviour Support: Identify triggers and develop strategies to manage challenging behaviours.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
About You
  • You will need a demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability, be available to work a rotating roster, and possess relevant qualifications and certifications.
  • Required skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing situations.
  • A current NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and Full unrestricted Australian Driver's license are essential.
  • FIRST Aid and CPR certificate are also required.
