About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Disability Support Worker in our Day Program, supporting adults with disabilities to access and participate in various activities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assistance to clients with their personal goals, hobbies, and interests through a person-centered approach.

You will work closely with clients to create meaningful opportunities for them to belong and thrive, promoting social connections and community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with activities related to community access and encourage social participation
  • Maintain positive and welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and other service providers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve program objectives

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
  • Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • International Police Check if applicable
