Home Care Support Worker

">About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Home Care Support Worker to provide care services to participants in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support with daily activities and be willing to work flexible hours on a fortnightly roster.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide carer support services to participants in their own homes.
  • Deliver services purchased through government programs.
">Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Community Services or related fields (an advantage but not mandatory) or relevant experience.
  • A current valid Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle.
  • Satisfactory Police Records Check (less than 12 months old) and Working with Children Check.
  • Manual handling training desirable.
  • Rights to work in Australia.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and use personal smartphone (iPhone or Android).
  • Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
