Operational Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage day-to-day operations within a business unit. This role involves ensuring efficient and effective execution of administrative activities, targeting strong customer satisfaction, and leading a team to meet service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management through workforce planning and methodology
  • Lead and support team members to achieve milestones and deliverables while monitoring their performance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalated customer complaints and identifying systemic issues
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to the identification of initiatives
  • Be accountable for day-to-day people aspects, including conducting regular performance reviews, leave management, training, and recruitment

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of superannuation products and services
  • Understanding of the superannuation industry, legislation, and regulations
  • Successful track record in managing work groups, including staff development and resource allocation
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and conceptual skills to design responses to operational issues
  • High-level communication skills across diverse mediums
  • Demonstrated professional work ethic and ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to motivate staff, support change, and foster a positive work environment
  • Understanding of risk management and escalation processes
