Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Career Advisor to join our team at our Lakes Entrance site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting participants in the Workforce Australia program to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Caseload Management: Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers, actively engaging with 'work ready' individuals to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
