Mobile Hydraulic Fitter

Are you a skilled mechanical engineer or experienced technician seeking a new challenge in hydraulic systems?

Lakes Hydraulics is a top supplier of hydraulic hoses, specializing in repair and replacement services. We are currently looking for a mobile hydraulic fitter to join our team.

This role involves manufacturing hydraulic hose assemblies at customer sites or in our workshop. You will also be responsible for removing, repairing, and installing hydraulic hoses, fittings, or rams on various fixed and mobile plant machinery.

We require strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously without supervision. Good communication, numeracy, and writing skills are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a current drivers' license and ideally hold a mechanical trade or equivalent experience. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.

A forklift license is desirable but not necessary. The successful applicant will be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the position.
