Urban Development Project Lead

This role offers a pivotal leadership position within our consultancy, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of urban development.

You will be responsible for guiding project delivery, inspiring your team, and driving growth and reputation in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex urban development projects from concept to completion.
  • Builddeliver client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to engineering teams, supporting technical excellence and career growth.
  • Work alongside senior leaders to set strategic direction and pursue new opportunities.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial outcomes.
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice benchmarks.
About You
  • Degree in Civil Engineering; CPEng / RPEQ or equivalent highly regarded.
  • 10+ years in consulting, with significant experience across land development projects.
  • Strong leadership background, including team management and project oversight.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to negotiate and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record in business development.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, sustainability, and emerging urban development trends.
