About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Consultant to join our team at Blue Rose Technologies. As a Pega BPM Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our clients to design, develop, and deploy Pega business process management (BPM) software.
  • Ensure effective design, development, validation, and support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing Pega delivery team to ensure the solution meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Develop business rules, PEGA BPM process models, Pega BPM services, and Pega UI components.
  • Manage key design areas of a Pega implementation, leveraging deep understanding of Pega Platform features and tools.
  • Lead implementation of complex Pega design and development projects, applying Pega application design concepts and best practices.
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in software development, specifically in Pega BPM. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Pega BPM delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and development best practices.
  • Pega certification (CLSA/CSSA/CSA) is required.
  • Hands-on experience in design using PRPC and any frameworks.
  • Strong design and implementation skills in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of Web Services Architecture (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, etc.).
