The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Consultant to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our Pega delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

The Role

  • Partner with our clients to design, develop, and deploy Pega business process management (BPM) software.
  • Ensure effective design, development, validation, and support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing Pega delivery team to ensure the solution meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Develop business rules, Pega BPM process models, Pega BPM services, and Pega UI components.
  • Manage key design areas of Pega implementations and leverage deep understanding of Pega Platform features.
  • Use strong technical leadership to guide the development team in delivering highly functioning and usable Pega applications.
  • Lead the implementation of complex Pega design and development projects.
  • Apply Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and best practices on projects.
  • Implement PRPC components, such as decision tables, decision maps, declarative expressions, constraints, and indexes.
  • Work on activities and flows to meet requirements and create database connections using RDB Method.
  • Develop web services using Connect-SOAP and create data-admin-product to migrate rules across environments.
  • Manage accessibility by creating portals, access roles, and access groups for analysts, data managers, and chair departments.
  • Identify and document test conditions/scenarios from business requirements and functional design for rating management.

The Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field and a minimum of 4 years of software development experience in Pega delivering solutions.
