Job Title: Public Relations and CSR Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations and CSR Program Manager to join our team.

  • This is a high-level role that requires experience in managing PR programs, activations, and communications efforts for a global organization.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing and managing high-quality media coverage, as well as building and fostering relationships with media, community partners, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies and tactics to support business objectives.
  • Manage and execute PR programs, including media relations, events, and content creation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, community partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Secure earned and owned media exposure through effective media relations and content creation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, CSR, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with global organizations and teams.
