**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist to join our team in delivering short-term rehabilitation services in patients' homes. This role requires the ability to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

About The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality evidence-based physiotherapy services in person and virtually across a range of community programs.
  • Communicate assessment and treatment outcomes to nursing, medical, and other allied health staff.
  • Organise and implement in-service training sessions for staff, physiotherapy assistants, students, and volunteers.
  • Guide administrative team tasks and support workload prioritization.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in and knowledge of physiotherapy management in an acute or subacute healthcare setting.
  • Current registration with AHPRA, physiotherapy degree, as well as a valid driver's license and access to a reliable car.
  • A commitment to collaborative teamwork and developing quality and innovative care models.
