Job Role Overview

The primary objective of a Security Officer is to deliver exceptional customer service and safeguard clients across various sectors. This entails providing high-quality assistance, conducting regular site checks, and responding to incidents in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by adhering to established safety protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response procedures when necessary.
  • Respond to critical situations and incidents with composure, utilizing effective problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct thorough and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to ensure optimal security.
Key Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old for non-armed positions; 21+ years old for armed roles.
  • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, or 5 years of verifiable work experience.
  • Candidates must pass a comprehensive background investigation that meets all federal, state, and local laws.
  • A passing result on a drug screen will be mandatory to the extent permitted by law.
  • Candidates are expected to meet licensing requirements as applicable.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for driving-related positions only.
