Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Part Time Administration Officers to join our team in the Emergency Department at Central Coast. Our team provides exceptional care to our community, and we are committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office systems and procedures to maintain smooth operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond effectively to enquiries.
  • Prepare, manipulate, and manage key documents and communications.
  • Take and distribute minutes for meetings and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist senior officers and contribute to team quality improvement activities.
  • Undertake patient billing processes with accuracy and care.
About This Role:
  • You must have proven customer service skills with positive and professional interactions.
  • You should be a team player who works well to achieve shared goals.
  • You need problem solving using established methods and procedures.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and data entry.
  • You must have clear and effective written and verbal communication.
