This one-year program will challenge your thinking across the discipline of psychology, offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects throughout the business.

You'll be part of an innovative internal mental health service (MinRes Mind Matters Team), promoting positive mental health, providing evidence-informed treatment, and supporting recovery back to good mental health.

To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you'll need to:

  • Graduate by the end of 2024 in a 5+2 General Registration Pathway or have graduated from a recognised tertiary pathway within the past 24 months;
  • Be provisionally registered and seeking General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application;
  • Have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
  • Must be based in WA or willing to relocate.

Around AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including annual cash bonuses, Employee Share plans, employee discounts, physical and mental health programs, and salary packaging.
