This role is responsible for the efficient completion of a range of administrative duties to support the smooth delivery of training services within non-accredited and accredited environments.

  • Previous experience in an administration role with excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
  • Proven experience in multi-tasking and handling several queries at once is also required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, to provide assistance to members as well as to our internal team, are a must.
About This Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to join our Training Team on a full-time basis.

  • Responsibilities will include:
  • Administrative duties to support the delivery of training services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members and our internal team.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in an RTO or education environment is desirable.
  • Proficiency in JR Plus (SMS), Moodle (LMS), and Salesforce (CRM) is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of RTO standards, Skills First program, and compliance requirements is essential.
  • Strong communication and time management skills are required.
