The Health and Wellbeing Practitioner will conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, risks, and strengths, and provide high-quality, evidence-based, individualised assessment and interventions to consumers either face-to-face or via telehealth. Services provided will be based on the Practitioner's qualifications and level of experience and offered to consumers across the lifespan.

Working closely with our employment opportunities team, you will assist consumers facing barriers to employment and help to get them workforce-ready.

This role is based in Ipswich but hybrid working arrangements are available.

About You

You'll be a qualified, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registered psychologist or a qualified allied health professional with a degree or graduate diploma in allied health services, social work, rehabilitation counselling, or similar.

With demonstrated ability to provide, plan, and coordinate high-quality and evidence-based individualised psychological assessment, you'll have experience working from a trauma-informed framework and ensuring a high standard of care. In addition, you'll have the ability to commit to a permanent part-time role with 0830AM - 1700PM shifts, along with a current Working With Children Check and unrestricted driver's licence.
