About the Role
We are currently supporting a leading community service provider in Australia in the recruitment of a specialist role. This organisation is at an exciting time in its evolution, with high Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) and Client Satisfaction (CSAT) rates across their service streams.
Key Responsibilities
The Health and Wellbeing Practitioner will conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, risks, and strengths, and provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions to consumers. Services will be based on the Practitioner's qualifications and level of experience, and offered to consumers across the lifespan.
Working Arrangements
This role is based in Ipswich, but hybrid working arrangements are available.

About You
You'll be a qualified, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registered psychologist or a qualified allied health professional with a degree or graduate diploma in allied health services, social work, rehabilitation counselling, or similar.
With demonstrated ability to provide, plan, and coordinate high-quality, evidence-based individualised psychological assessment, you'll have experience working from a trauma-informed framework and ensuring a high standard of care. You'll also have the ability to commit to a permanent part-time role with 0830AM - 1700PM shifts, along with a current Working With Children Check and unrestricted driver's licence.
