Economic Growth Event Coordinator

The Department of State Development plays a pivotal role in shaping South Australia's economic future. As part of this endeavour, the ASO4 Events and Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of strategic programs focused on investment activities, communications, and events.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate event support for the department's program of events and initiatives.
- Develop creative concepts for events and produce branded materials.
- Maintain information flows between key stakeholders through participation in meetings and decision-making processes.
- Establish an evidence base for all events to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure timely and budget-friendly event delivery.
- Project delivery experience and event coordination skills.
- Proficiency in event management software, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with government protocols and guidelines for event promotion and sponsorship.
- Ability to build and maintain consultative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
