Job Title

Our company is seeking a proactive Payroll Officer who will be a key member of the Customer Support and Success Team.

The successful applicant will provide additional assistance to the CSS Team during the busy phase where our customers will be setting up STP2 in their Wage Easy program.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer calls.
  • Answer customer helpdesk tickets.
  • Conduct one-on-one consultancy calls to guide customers through how to set up STP2 in their Wage Easy program.
  • Minimum Certificate IV or higher in Bookkeeping and Accounting.
  • On-the-job payroll experience.
  • Good understanding of STP 1 and STP 2.
