About the Role

This is an ideal position for skilled individuals seeking to utilise their expertise in managing client relationships, preparing advice documents and adhering to compliance requirements. You will be part of a collaborative team environment where passion, purpose and wellbeing fuel every step forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior wealth advisers and principals in managing client relationships and preparing for meetings;
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide timely updates on financial matters;
  • Help onboard new clients by gathering financial data and documentation;
  • Adhere to compliance requirements, including writing and assisting in the preparation of advice documents;
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of investment platforms, superannuation funds, tax, estate planning and complex entity structures;
  • An in-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment principles;
  • 0-3 years experience in the financial services industry;
  • Listed on the Financial Adviser Register (FAR) and authorised to provide personal financial advice;
