Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management: Ensure the efficient use of resources and equipment.
  • Event Management: Coordinate events and activities to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Business Support: Provide administrative assistance to facilitate business operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performance Management (KPIs): Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Reception Services: Manage front-of-house operations to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Mail Services: Coordinate the receipt and distribution of mail and packages.
  • Food Services: Arrange catering and refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Project Support: Assist with project coordination and implementation.
