Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our testing initiatives.

As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for defining test strategies and aligning them with project objectives and timelines. You will oversee and mentor testing teams with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Oversee and mentor testing teams with strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive testing capability uplift by assessing current maturity, establishing a baseline, and implementing sustainable improvements across people, process, and tools.
  • Lead automation testing and integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to define test strategies and align them with project objectives and timelines.
  • Demonstrated evidence of driving testing capability uplift across people, process, and tools.
  • Experience with automation testing and CI/CD integration.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and excellent communication with stakeholders; ability to foster a growth mindset.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Australian citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain Baseline clearance.
