As a member of our team, you will contribute to meaningful work that supports the health, safety, and wellbeing of Australian workers. You'll gain access to structured learning and development, mentoring, and rotations across business areas to build your professional capability in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- You will contribute to projects aligned with business priorities.
- You will draft and review documents including reports, briefing notes, and correspondence.
- You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will interpret and apply relevant legislation such as the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
- You will analyse and report on data and information.
- You will support governance activities including secretariat duties and records management.
- You will represent us at external forums and participate in corporate learning initiatives.
Job Streams Available:
We have multiple job streams available for this role, each offering a unique opportunity to learn and grow:
Information Technology Graduate: Join our Technology and Information Management team and play a key role in maintaining Comcare's Information, Applications, Communication and Technology infrastructure.
Human Resources Graduate: Work with our People Operations team to deliver essential human resources services and ensure compliance with workplace policies and practices.
Claims Support Graduate: Contribute to our Claims Operations team and help deliver high-quality claims management services to employees and employers.
Investigations and Oversight Graduate: Join our National Investigations and Oversight team and play a key role in ensuring the delivery of effective, consistent, and targeted national regulatory operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be an Australian citizen.
- Hold an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification (a Bachelor's degree), or equivalent by 31 December 2025.
- Have completed the most recent eligible qualification between 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025.
- Be willing to undergo a security clearance process.
