We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Graduate Civil Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to launch their career in a dynamic and challenging environment.

About the Role

This role will involve working closely with experienced engineers to deliver projects across various infrastructure and development projects. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including roadworks, stormwater drainage, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project planning, design, and delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
  • Final year student or recent graduate
  • Ability to commence work by February 2026 (or July 2026 for mid-year finishers)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering judgement
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
