**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support services department, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive welfare support to students, ensuring their overall well-being and addressing any challenges they may face.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students who are new to Australia or facing difficulties adapting to their new environment.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote student well-being and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external services to provide additional support for students as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional and academic growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with students, teachers and external partners.
