Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate and improve service delivery to individuals with spinal cord injury and other physical disabilities. As a Disability Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality support and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance individualized service delivery outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and communication.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of personal support workers to deliver exceptional services to clients.
  • Monitor client funding packages and address any issues that may arise, working closely with clients and stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver sustainable and appropriate services that meet their unique needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven track record in the community services or disability sector, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing individuals with physical disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Able to manage competing priorities effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
