Join Our Retail Technology Team

We're seeking an accomplished retail technology assistant to support the integration and operation of our loyalty program, POS systems, and other technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead store onboarding – Set up and integrate new stores into our loyalty system
  • Manage POS & API integrations – Ensure smooth connections between systems and troubleshoot issues
  • Work with vendors – Oversee IT aspects of vendor onboarding and manage timelines
  • Support & problem-solve – Identify and fix technical issues quickly
  • Bridge the gap – Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Document & improve – Maintain clear technical guides and suggest system improvements

You'll Need:

  • Experience in technology support, integrations, or a similar role
  • Understanding of APIs, POS systems, and app development processes
  • Strong communication skills – Able to explain technical details in simple terms
  • Problem-solving and project management skills – Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
