Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with the weekly payroll process. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with sound administration and numerical skills looking to gain experience in payroll management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with data entry, following up on exceptions, conducting payroll audits, and ensuring compliance checks. They will also work with payroll and HRIS systems and collaborate with a HR team that partners with various business sectors to provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing the weekly payroll
  • Data entry and exception handling
  • Payroll audits and compliance checks
  • Labor hire invoice processing and costing
  • HR Metrics, wage, and costing reporting

Requirements

This is an ideal opportunity for a quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management and organizational skills. While experience with Chris21 and Kronos is desirable, it is not essential.
