Job Overview

Nurse Unit Managers lead Critical Care Units in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing nursing practice. As a key member of the hospital's multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence within the ward.

Working in our 25-bed Critical Care Unit, you will manage the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based and efficient. Your leadership and direction will align with the hospital's strategic objectives and operational processes.

The ideal candidate will possess specialized nursing experience in cardiology/critical care, a postgraduate certificate or working towards in cardiology/critical care, previous NUM experience, and current Registration with AHPRA and Working with Vulnerable People check.
