Job Opportunity:

  • Support commercial negotiations to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and successful project delivery.
  • Draft documents and agreements related to software acquisition, product development, and intellectual property in information technology and digital transformation.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders to interpret and distill complex legal issues in document preparation and contractual documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other lawyers to provide specialist legal advice and services.
  • Support commercial negotiations and project delivery.
  • Prepare documents and agreements.
  • Interpret and communicate complex legal issues.

Requirements:

  • Admission as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
  • Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and communication capabilities.
  • Client-focused team player with adaptability to change and independent management of priorities and deadlines.
