Job Title: Cafe Attendant

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cafe operations, including barista duties, sales, cash handling, inventory management, and end-of-day reconciliations.
  • Prepare food for individuals and small to medium-sized groups.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as a key representative of our organization.

To excel in this role, you will be an integral part of a high-performing team responsible for delivering professional visitor services. Key responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, collecting feedback, and working collaboratively with colleagues.

As a valued member of our team, you will ensure records are accurately maintained, including updating operational logs on a timely basis. You will also collaborate with other teams across the organization to provide quality support to internal and external stakeholders.

Contribute to business improvement initiatives and adhere to relevant policies and procedures to ensure services meet best practice standards and organizational requirements. Participate in a continuous improvement cycle to drive feedback, raise concerns, and generate solutions.

Maintain a positive work environment during times of change and uncertainty, demonstrating proactive teamwork and contributing to the success of the Visitor Services team.
