Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server/Waitstaff to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents at Atria Senior Living, Inc.

About the Role

This role involves setting and clearing tables, taking food and beverage orders, and serving residents with a smile. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution of meal services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service: You will deliver top-notch service to our residents, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Manage table settings: You will set and clear tables efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages: You will accurately take food and beverage orders and serve residents in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment: You will promote a warm and inviting atmosphere in our dining rooms, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required: You must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
  • Previous experience in food service industry: You must have prior experience working in the food service industry, preferably in a senior living setting.
  • Excellent communication skills: You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds: You must be able to lift 25 pounds or more as part of your job duties.
