About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our dynamic Corporate team in Perth. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service, and building strong relationships with clients and insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate production/processing of administration duties, including invoices, quotes, renewals, and debtors' activities.
- Support the maintenance of effective working relationships with insurers and clients.
- Provide assistance in all aspects of client service, including managing a small portfolio of accounts.
- Liaise with clients and insurers to address basic enquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain up-to-date management of databases, information systems, and company records.
Requirements:
- Relevant general insurance experience in broking, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Experience in Corporate insurance is desirable.
- Completed Tier 1.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
