Senior Contracts Professional

This position requires an experienced professional to oversee contract preparation, negotiation, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Oversee contract preparation, negotiation, and administration with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with contracts and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Cost Control: Manage all cost control for head contract claims, variations, subcontract claims, and monthly cost reporting.
- Document Control: Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
- Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve disputes arising during the contract lifecycle in a timely and effective manner.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve contract management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of contract law and regulations, excellent negotiation and analytical skills, and experience in contract administration with complex negotiations and management.
