Store Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to fill a Store Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our retail business.

  • As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising plans, managing inventory levels, and controlling costs.
  • A strong focus on employee development, succession planning, and talent management will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Responsible for succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions using your own discretion.
  • Stock Management processes are essential, and you must be able to prioritise tasks.
  • Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to your team members.
  • Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive business results.
