As a Community Supervision Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the supervision of adults who have been sentenced to community-based orders by the courts or released on parole.

Your primary goal will be to facilitate positive behavioral change in supervised individuals to enable them to lead more productive lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will develop and manage small teams of staff who case manage different cohorts of offenders under supervision with Community Corrections.
  • You will ensure that work practices are consistent and of high quality, promoting excellence in performance and delivery.
  • You will be an integral member of the regional senior management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and professional development opportunities.
