Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • Flight Crew

As a member of our Cabin Crew, you'll provide exceptional customer service to passengers on every flight. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while they travel with us.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and responsible individual who is able to work well under pressure. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to think on their feet. The successful candidate will also have a strong commitment to safety and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers on every flight
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers
  3. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cabin before each flight

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • A valid Passport, with a minimum of 12 months validity
  • Are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Meet the height requirements; between 155cms and 175cms
  • Current First Aid Certificate including CPR from a recognised Australian provider
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • 1 year experience in Customer Service or Hospitality
  • The ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which involves a police check
  • Undertake a pre-employment medical
  • Ability to swim 50 metres unaided

Additionally, you will need to be available to work a flexible roster 24/7 (includes weekends, public holidays and peak periods) and have reliable transportation.
