Director of Service

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a fantastic culture that includes fun, support and a structured 5 week induction.

As a Director of Service, you will be responsible for building a fantastic relationship with your school and partnering on school events and community engagement. You will also enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.

The key responsibilities of this role include fostering fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight, managing and rostering your team of passionate educators, managing compliance and medical documentation, and being the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community.

Service times are 7:00am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday + 10 admin hours per week.

Requirements for this role include thriving in a fast-paced environment and loving kids, excellent written and verbal communication, confident interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude, being a natural leader with an eye for detail, having a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children, being energetic, enthusiastic and loving to have FUN, and being qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification including Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work.
