In-Room Dining Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled In-Room Dining Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Job DescriptionThe Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant will play a vital role in our operation, providing personalized service to our guests while working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and meet guests' needs by asking questions and providing tailored service.
- Communicate effectively with Chefs regarding orders, special requests, and menu information.
- Upsell or promote specials and slow-moving items while maintaining knowledge of all menu options.
- Assist colleagues and maintain prompt guest service.
- Report equipment issues and maintenance concerns to supervisors.
- Restock and replenish restaurant inventory and supplies as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar capacity is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- You should have knowledge of food and beverage items, including ingredients and prices.
- Able to work flexible rosters with notice across rotating shifts.
