Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee project delivery, focusing on quality control, technical excellence, and client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review construction drawings and documentation for accuracy, coordination, and compliance
  • Lead quality control processes across multiple projects as a Design Practitioner
  • Manage resources to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor delivery timelines and budgets, meeting targets
  • Support colleagues in resolving technical and construction challenges
  • Foster collaboration between design and delivery teams to uphold the design intent through completion
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve queries
  • Mentor team members on technical delivery and documentation best practice

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of local architecture experience with strong construction and delivery expertise in Class 2 projects
  • Registration as an Architect in Australia
  • Registration as a Design Partitioner (NSW)
  • A sharp eye for detail and passion for documentation accuracy
  • Strong understanding of codes, standards, and construction methodologies
  • Excellent resource management skills
  • Clear communication and leadership qualities

  • ArchiCAD and BIM (BIM360 environment)
  • Microsoft Office
