About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
  • Designing and implementing tailored intervention programs to improve functional outcomes
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Familiarity with various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes to support clients in achieving their wellness and recovery objectives
