**Quality Assurance Manager Job Summary**
This is a senior leadership role that oversees quality control and assurance processes across various manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in laboratory management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality team in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing quality systems, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality systems to ensure products meet defined requirements
- Lead internal and external audits to maintain regulatory compliance
- Manage quality investigations and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Provide guidance on GMP requirements and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in quality control and assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Laboratory management experience required
- Strong understanding of GMP requirements and regulations
