As a qualified carpenter and educator, we are seeking an individual to deliver practical training in carpentry skills to students aged 15-18.

Teach real skills. Shape real futures.

The successful candidate will have a trade qualification in Carpentry or Building & Construction, as well as experience teaching in VET, TAFE, or senior secondary settings.

  • Deliver hands-on training sessions that cater to the needs of students in Years 10–12
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure student success
  • Travel between schools to deliver training programs

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or be nearing completion, and possess strong communication, engagement, and behaviour management skills.

  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed in life and work
  • Working with Children Check
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry or Building & Construction
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or nearing completion (TAE)
