Job Overview

The Regulatory Product Strategy & Delivery team is responsible for leading regulatory affairs for product development projects where Sydney is the legal manufacturer.

This role oversees regulatory execution for products manufactured under the ResMed legal entity and leads a team of regulatory professionals to shape and deliver global regulatory strategies.

Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory strategy and submission oversight, people leadership and team development, and process excellence and system stewardship.


Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years in Regulatory Affairs with 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
  • Proven experience supporting device submissions.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and project management skills, with a passion for driving results and improving processes.
