The Role

  • A Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for procurement, package, and negotiation of sub-contracts through to final account.
  • Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments, and contract correspondence will be a key aspect of this role.
  • Monthly budget management and reporting will also be a critical function.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent are required.
  • A track record in Contracts Administration, gained over 3+ years, with experience of commercial build projects in Australia is essential.
  • An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders is crucial.

  • A competitive salary of $170,000 - $210,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience).
