Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing workforce productivity by planning and coordinating labor, parts, materials, and equipment access for the designated area.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Planning: Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure smooth production operations.
- Shutdown Planning: Develop and implement shutdown plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- Resource Management & Cost Control: Oversee the management of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to achieve cost-effective results.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the planning and scheduling function.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety and Environment legislation and company procedures.
- A relevant Trade Certificate or Engineering tertiary qualification is essential.
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in continuous production operations.
- Demonstrated experience working in Pulp and Paper industry.
- Experience with cost control, budgeting, and forecasting is advantageous.
- SAP experience is an added benefit.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
