Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team at Greencross Vets. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, consulting with clients, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert veterinary care to companion animals, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and injuries.
- Consult with clients to discuss their pets' health, provide recommendations, and answer questions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans, and to ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary research, techniques, and technologies to provide the best possible care for our patients.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A veterinary degree from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) or have completed NAVLE, AVE, or alike examinations.At least 2 years of post-graduation experience in companion animal care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to delivering fear-free, compassionate, and industry-leading healthcare and advice to our patients and their families.What We Offer
