Water Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Water Design Manager to lead our team in delivering large-scale projects across various water disciplines.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to drive project success and develop their skills further.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage a team of engineers and designers to deliver early-stage detailed designs for multi-disciplinary projects.
    • Making informed decisions to ensure accurate forecasting of time, cost, and quality outcomes.
    • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field.
  • Extensive experience in design management/project management, particularly in cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
  • A proven track record of leading and developing teams, as well as communicating effectively with stakeholders.
