Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team on a 14/7 FIFO roster. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
This includes troubleshooting any issues that arise during the installation or maintenance process and ensuring effective safety practices are followed.
You will contribute to a safe working culture by coordinating and supervising Electrical trade contractors, ensuring all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work, and monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily/weekly/monthly construction work, including resource requirements and trade coordination.
- Ensuring all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work.
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant Electrical qualification/Certification, site experience in a similar role leading a team, experience working in an underground/FIFO environment, and demonstrated commercial experience including planning up to 4 weeks ahead and monitoring of resources within area of accountability.
A proven track record in leading a safety culture is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the project team.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 AUD, depending on experience.
