Our airline is seeking resilient, driven, and reliable individuals to join our Network Operations team.

The role of a Network Controller is challenging with a lot of responsibilities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all requirements for safe and efficient flight schedule operations.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive teams.
  • Make strategic decisions under pressure.
  • Respond to threats to on-time performance.
  • Operate various operations systems and associated processes.
  • Coordinate responses to emergencies and schedule disruptions.
  • Ensure commercial and operational results are achieved with a focus on safety and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Have understanding of control systems.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of airline operations or similar operations control experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.
  • Be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Have strong social skills to manage relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingly work a 24/7 rotating shift roster.
  • Legally able to live and work in Australia.
